Norres Exclusive Styling — Terms of Service

Welcome to Norres Exclusive Styling. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.norresexclusivestyling.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us, whether online, in-store, or via phone/WhatsApp order. By accessing the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display our products and their details (including images, descriptions, and pricing) as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors, textures, and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before proceeding if this affects your order.

3. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, contact details, delivery address, etc.) is accurate and complete.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received or otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept payment via the methods made available at checkout or communicated to you directly (e.g. bank transfer, card payment).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will be issued a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer delivery and/or in-store pickup, depending on your location and preference. Delivery timelines and fees will be communicated at the time of your order.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon pickup, whichever applies.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, incorrect address provided by the customer).

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a resolution (replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable).
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging/tags to be eligible for return or exchange, unless the item was faulty on arrival.
  • Certain items (e.g. fragrances/perfumes that have been opened, for hygiene reasons) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • To initiate a return, please reach out via phone or email with your order details.

6. Pricing and Promotions

  • All prices are listed in Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Promotional offers and discounts are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly noted.
